Eago sanitary ware co., Ltd. was established in 2002 and originated from Jin Jie Co., Ltd.
Established in 1995, Jin Jie Co., Ltd has achieved great success as a top professional bathroom products manufacturer. Its products range from steam shower houses, shower cabins, shower enclosures, shower panels to (whirlpool) bathtubs, acrylic/glass wash basins, etc. The company is dedicated to supplying products of high quality at reasonable prices. Now in domestic market, “JIN JIE” is a well-established brand name in the ring. The great success in domestic market enabled the company to expand to overseas market at the beginning of 2002. Now the company has established close partner relationship with quite a few influential dealers and distributors all around the world.
Owing to its rapid development, at its eighth year, Jin Jie Co., Ltd. established a new company named Eago Sanitary Ware Co., Ltd., which specializes in manufacturing porcelain sanitary ware such as washbasin, water closet, bidet, etc. Covering an area of 100,000 square meters, Eago Co. is located in Xiaotang Town, Foshan City, Guangdong. The investment in the first phase was around 5 million US dollars and the annual output in the first phase is about 500,000 pieces.
The new factory is dedicated to producing porcelain sanitary ware of super quality. The key factors affecting the quality of ceramic sanitary products are talents, material, equipments, workmanship and technology.
The new factory has gathered a group of talented people with years of experience in the ring. Most of the technical stuff and designers have more than 15 years’ experiences in related field. Their capability is the most important factor for the guarantee of the high quality and good taste of the products.
In the first phase the new factory has set up two shuttle kilns with a capacity of 60 m3. The equipments are imported from Germany and are the most advanced European production lines. During the casting process, device to maintain the temperature and humidity is used, so the production will not be slightly affected by weather changes. Round-the-clock production is made and both the quality and the delivery time can be guaranteed. The formula of slip and glaze is introduced from Germany and chemical additive from Germany is also used.
Shortly after the successful establishment of the porcelain factory, Jin Jie Co., Ltd. decided to establish a new bathroom products factory within the porcelain factory in August, 2003, due to its urgent need to expand its production capability. In January, 2004, Jin Jie Co., Ltd. moved its production to the new factory and became a part of Eago Sanitary Ware Co., Ltd.
As a result of its most successful operation since its beginning, Eago Co. is able to build the third kiln in 2005. One tunnel kiln with the length of 100 meters was put into firing in June, 2006. EAGO broke the record in initiating new tunnel kiln in the industry by getting the tunnel kiln into a good condition of production within 1 day. Now the annul yield of the porcelain factory has reached 1 million pieces.
As EAGO is now quite strong in manufacturing shower&bath products, bathroom furniture and vitreous china sanitary ware, EAGO dedicate itself to providing "Perfect Bathroom Solutions" to consumers worldwide. Great pain will be taken by EAGO people to work out delicate and harmonious bathroom suites. Health improvement products such as Sauna cabin and outdoor spas are also included in EAGO's product line as supplementaries to EAGO's "Perfect Bathroom Solution".
